By being so close to the marina and fishing port, you live more intensely by the sea. It is beautiful to see the fishing boats come in with a large number of seagulls chasing them. In addition, there is the tranquility of the sailboats that sail the sea and moor in the harbor. It is an ideal, centrally located area for walking and enjoying the Mediterranean gastronomy. On one side of the harbor there is the Playa Varadera bay, a pebble beach with crystal clear waters. On the other side of the harbor, you directly enter the elongated sandy beach on the main boulevard leading to the center. Everything within reach and within walking distance.

The immediate amenities are within walking distance. We recommend walking along the promenade, which is full off restaurants, cafés and entertainment. To explore the area or go out in the famous La Marina shopping centre in Finestrat, it is ideal to have a car. There is also a regional bus about 600 metres away. And then there is the famous tram, which goes all along the coast from Alicante to about Denia. The nearest station is Costera Pastor.
