The apartment has been stylishly modernised and features 2 bedrooms, a luxury bathroom, and a spacious open-plan kitchen and living-dining area. There is fast fiber-optic WiFi with a speed of 600 Mb/s, perfect for working. From the living space, you’ll enjoy stunning sea views. Ideally located on the boulevard, within walking distance of the harbour and the old town. A unique Mediterranean retreat with charm and comfort. The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building accessible by stairs (no lift). It is possible to leave your car at the door for loading and unloading, and there is usually plenty of free parking in the area. As an alternative, you can use paid parking at the marina (Club Náutico). Babies and children are welcome. Please note that the apartment is not ideal for families, as it is on the second floor without an elevator and has limited space for items such as a stroller.

Villajoyosa (La Vila Joiosa "La Villa Alegre") or simply La Vila, is a quiet town known historically for its port and picturesque colourful houses. Bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, it enjoys sun, beaches and tranquillity all year round. Villajoyosa is also known for its chocolate production. The best chocolate in Spain is made here (Chocolates Valor, Clavileño, Pérez), which you can discover in the various chocolate factories and museum-factories in the town. The Moors and Christians festivities take place from 24 to 31 July and have been declared of International Tourist Interest. Located close to tourist areas of interest such as Benidorm, Altea, Alfaz del Pi, and amusement parks (Terra Mítica), water parks (Aqua Natura and Aqualandia) and animal parks (Terra Natura). The city is served by tram. With the tram you can go south to the centre of Alicante city and north to Denia, passing through the nearby towns of Benidorm, Alfaz del Pi, Altea and Calpe.

It is located in a quiet area of Villajoyosa's seafront promenade, just in front of Playa Centro, the most popular sandy beach in the town. Next to the marina, where you can do nautical activities such as scuba diving, kayaking, boat trips or jet skiing to the island of Benidorm or the island of Tabarca, as well as other nautical activities. Only 2-5 minutes walking distance to various restaurants, cafes and tourist attractions in the town. Close to beautiful beaches with beach bars where you can eat or have a drink all year round. It is possible to go hiking along the coast and inland.

Bel appartement paisible directement sur la plage. On s'y sentait comme chez soi. L'appartement était très bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable. Excellente communication avec les hôtes, qui répondaient rapidement. Je recommande vivement. Beautiful , peaceful apartment directly on the beach. Felt like a home away from home . Nous avons passé 6 jours absolument formidables dans cet appartement à Villajoyosa. Le logement est parfaitement conforme aux photos et à la description : très propre, confortable et idéalement situé face à la mer. Se réveiller avec cette vue chaque matin a vraiment rendu le séjour spécial. La communication avec notre hôte a été excellente du début à la fin : très réactif, avec des instructions claires pour l’arrivée et pendant tout le séjour. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter. Une adresse 5 étoiles que nous choisirions à nouveau avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Villajoyosa !

Super endroit et hôtes réactifs. Cuisine entièrement équipée si vous aimez cuisiner. Belle vue sur la mer. L'appartement se trouve au deuxième étage et il y a un autre petit escalier pour accéder à l'entrée de l'immeuble, avec une rampe inclinée assez difficile à utiliser. Peut-être pas idéal pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, mais sinon c'est un endroit génial. Great place and responsive hosts. Fully equipped kitchen if you’re into cooking. Beautiful view towards the sea. The flat is at the second floor and there is another short set of stairs to get you to the building entry with a rather hard to use inclined ramp. Maybe not ideal for disabled people but otherwise a great place.

Nous venons de passer une semaine très agréable dans l'appartement de Carlos. L'emplacement est parfait pour aller à la plage et offre de magnifiques vues. L'appartement est bien aménagé avec des petites attentions très utiles comme les serviettes de plage, les chaises de plage et les pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle, et il était paisible. Les hôtes ont répondu rapidement et nous ont aidés avec des informations locales. Les indications fournies étaient très utiles pour trouver l'appartement. C'était agréable d'avoir un point de chute à Villajoyosa, qui est une charmante ville avec de nombreux bars et restaurants sympas en bord de mer. We have just had a lovely week staying in Carlos apartment. The location is perfect for going on the beach and has beautiful views. The apartment is well furnished with some really helpful touches like the beach towels, beach chairs and dishwasher tablets and was peaceful. The hosts were quick to respond and helped with local information. The information provided was very helpful in finding the apartment. It was lovely having a base in Villajoyosa which is a lovely town with lots of nice bars and restaurants on the sea front.

Un appartement moderne magnifique, situé dans un emplacement idéal. L'appartement offre une vue sur la plage et la mer. La communication avec les hôtes a été excellente. L'appartement est très bien équipé, les lits sont très confortables. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et nous recommanderons cet endroit à notre famille et à nos amis s'ils souhaitent visiter la région de la Costa Blanca ! 😍 Przepiękne nowoczesne mieszkanie położone w idealnej lokalizacji. Z mieszkania rozpościera się widok na plażę i morze. Komunikacja z gospodarzami była doskonała. Mieszkanie jest świetnie wyposażone, łóżka są bardzo wygodne. Jesteśmy zachwyceni pobytem i będziemy polecać rodzinie i znajomy, jeżeli będą chcieli się wybrać w region Costa Blanca! 😍

Superbe appartement. Carlos a pensé à tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour relaxant et agréable. Le quartier est excellent, avec des cafés et des restaurants tout le long de la promenade. Vous pouvez prendre un bus depuis l’aéroport jusqu’à Villajoyosa. Vous pouvez aussi prendre un tram depuis le centre d’Alicante. La vue depuis l’appartement est magnifique, avec la plage juste en face et le bruit des vagues, un vrai plaisir ! Nous avons trouvé qu’Alicante était bondée sur la plage et très animée… Villajoyosa a tout dans la juste mesure… Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Great apartment. Carlos has thought of everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay The area is great with cafes and restaurants all along the promenade. You can take a bus from the airport to Villajoyosa. You can also take a tram from Alicante town. The views from the apartment are lovely with the beach right in front of you and the sound of waves a delight! We found Alicante to be crowded on the beach and very busy ... Villajoyosa has everything in proportion.... We had a lovely time.
