The apartment was completely renovated in 2022.

It is distributed in a living-dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped open kitchen, including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen and the living-dining room have beautiful sea views. It has a 4K SmartTV and high-speed fibre-optic wifi at 600Mb/s, perfect for working. The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building accessible by stairs (no lift). It was completely renovated in 2022. It is possible to leave your car at the door for loading and unloading, and there is usually plenty of free parking in the area. As an alternative, you can use paid parking at the marina (Club Náutico). Babies and children are welcome. Please note that the apartment is not ideal for families, as it is on the second floor without an elevator and has limited space for items such as a stroller.

Villajoyosa (La Vila Joiosa "La Villa Alegre") or simply La Vila, is a quiet town known historically for its port and picturesque colourful houses. Bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, it enjoys sun, beaches and tranquillity all year round. Villajoyosa is also known for its chocolate production. The best chocolate in Spain is made here (Chocolates Valor, Clavileño, Pérez), which you can discover in the various chocolate factories and museum-factories in the town. The Moors and Christians festivities take place from 24 to 31 July and have been declared of International Tourist Interest. Located close to tourist areas of interest such as Benidorm, Altea, Alfaz del Pi, and amusement parks (Terra Mítica), water parks (Aqua Natura and Aqualandia) and animal parks (Terra Natura). The city is served by tram. With the tram you can go south to the centre of Alicante city and north to Denia, passing through the nearby towns of Benidorm, Alfaz del Pi, Altea and Calpe.

Located on the front line of Villajoyosa's centre beach. It is a very quiet area, ideal for enjoying the beach and strolling along the promenade. There are many charming places nearby, on the same promenade, cafes, entertainment venues and restaurants to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine and quality. Very close to the apartment you will find the marina and the crystal clear waters of the coves of Varadero, Tío Roig and Cala de los Estudiantes, all of which are within walking distance.

It is located in a quiet area of Villajoyosa's seafront promenade, just in front of Playa Centro, the most popular sandy beach in the town. Next to the marina, where you can do nautical activities such as scuba diving, kayaking, boat trips or jet skiing to the island of Benidorm or the island of Tabarca, as well as other nautical activities. Only 2-5 minutes walking distance to various restaurants, cafes and tourist attractions in the town. Close to beautiful beaches with beach bars where you can eat or have a drink all year round. It is possible to go hiking along the coast and inland.

The sandy beach is 100 meters in front of the house, we could see it directly from the window, which makes it very convenient to go to the beach, especially with small children. We also received beach equipment with the apartment (chairs, umbrellas, beach towels), which was very useful. We received a lot of useful information from the host before departure and during our trip they responded quickly to our inquiries. Villajoyosa is a very friendly, beautiful place from where you can visit e.g. Alicante and Benidorm by Tram L1. Try the churros at the local Chocolate Valor, they are simply divine.

Sea view, can walk downstairs and out to the beach and restaurants are very close. Nothing really if I had to say something it would only be the stairs up to the property 🤷🏻‍♀️ but that's just me being lazy.

Nous avons séjourné plusieurs fois dans des appartements à Villajoyosa au fil des années et celui-ci était de loin le meilleur. Le logement est vraiment charmant, il était propre, très bien équipé et si proche de la plage avec une vue sur la mer. Les propriétaires ont très bien communiqué par messages pour expliquer quoi faire à l'arrivée et au départ, en précisant qu'ils restaient disponibles en cas de problème. Nous avons apprécié nos vacances et serions intéressés pour revenir lors d'un prochain séjour à Villajoyosa. Il n'y avait rien de négatif concernant la propriété 🤷🏻‍♀️ We have stayed in apartments in Villajoyosa several times over the years and this was definitely the best. The property is really lovely, it was clean, very well equipped and so close to the beach with a sea view. The owners were very good with messages to explain what to do on arrival and leaving. Saying they were available for any problems. We enjoyed the holiday and would be interested in staying again when in Villa Joyosa. There was nothing bad about the property 🤷🏻‍♀️

Appartement magnifique avec une vue mer extraordinaire. Tout le confort : climatisation, lave-linge et même sèche-linge, lave-vaisselle et cuisine entièrement équipée avec un grand réfrigérateur et congélateur. Le robinet supplémentaire avec filtre à eau potable est très pratique, un vrai plus pour ne pas avoir à porter des bouteilles. Des parasols et des chaises de plage sont également à disposition, vraiment utiles. En première ligne sur la plage, nous n'avons jamais eu une maison aussi proche de la mer. Hôte super gentil et réactif. L'entrée avec clé électronique est très pratique. Appartamento bellissimo con straordinaria vista mare. Tutti i confort: aria condizionata, lavatrice e persino asciugatrice, lavastoviglie e cucina attrezzata di tutto con grande frigo e freezer. Utilissimo il rubinetto aggiuntivo con filtro dell'acqua potabile, una gran comodità per non caricarsi di bottiglie. A disposizione anche ombrelloni e sedie per la spiaggia davvero utili. In prima fila per la spiaggia, non abbiamo mai avuto una casa così vicino al mare. Host super gentile e responsivo. Molto comodo l'ingresso con chiave elettronica.

Appartement très confortable à deux pas de la plage. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Nous avons demandé à partir plus tard que l'heure du check-out et, comme c'était possible, ils nous l'ont accordé. Avoir à disposition des chaises de plage et un parasol est parfait pour ne pas avoir à les apporter de la maison. Apartamento supercomodo a un pasito de la playa. La cocina tiene un menaje completo. Pedimos salir más tarde de la hora del check-out y ya que se podía nos lo concedieron. Tener a nuestra disposición sillas de playa y sombrilla es perfecto para no tenerlo que llevar de casa.

Le logement parfait – magnifiquement équipé avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Nous avons séjourné dans plusieurs endroits pendant nos vacances d'été, et celui-ci était de loin le meilleur. L'emplacement est absolument parfait – il est littéralement juste sur la plage, ce qui a vraiment ses avantages. L'un d'eux est que vous pouvez facilement aller nager le soir pour vous détendre :-) Nous recommandons absolument, et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute ! The perfect accommodation – beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We stayed in several places during our summer holiday, and this one was by far the best. The location is absolutely perfect – it’s literally right on the beach, which definitely has its perks. One of them is that you can easily go for a relaxing night swim :-) Absolutely recommended, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
