Enjoy a luxury experience in this accommodation on the beachfront, in front of the yacht club. It has a large terrace, ideal to enjoy the views of the sea and the port. Renovated in 2023, everything impeccable. The loft is on the fourth floor. The building has no lift. However, there is an entrance to the roof terrace, from the street behind the building. The apartment is distributed in a loft with open space bedroom, kitchen and living room, fully equipped. There is 1 separate bathroom. For everyone’s safety and comfort, we would like to point out that the apartment is not suitable for babies and children.

It is an ideal, centrally located area for walking and enjoying the Mediterranean gastronomy. On one side of the harbor there is the Playa Varadero bay, a pebble beach with crystal clear waters. On the other side of the harbor, you directly enter the elongated sandy beach on the main boulevard leading to the center. Everything within reach and within walking distance. By being so close to the marina and fishing port, you live more intensely by the sea. It is beautiful to see the fishing boats come in with a large number of seagulls chasing them. In addition, there is the tranquility of the sailboats that sail the sea and moor in the harbor.

C'était super. Un très joli petit appartement pour 2 personnes. Propriétaires formidables, excellente communication, tous les équipements nécessaires dans l'appartement. Même des transats et des serviettes de plage. Nous recommandons le restaurant en bas Le Cena by Nola 👌👌👌 Było świetnie. Bardzo fajny apartamencik dla 2 osób. Super właściciele, świetna komunikacja, wszelkie udogodninienia w mieszkaniu. Nawet leżaki i ręczniki plażowe. Polecamy restauracje na dole Le Cena by Nola 👌👌👌

L'appartement est merveilleux. La vue sur le port est spectaculaire. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, elle était impeccablement propre et bien organisée. L'espace chambre est très confortable et la douche est superbe. Nous avons adoré séjourner ici, prendre un café sur le balcon et profiter du soleil toute la journée. C'est une excellente base pour explorer la magnifique Costa Blanca. J'ai emmené mon vélo et les routes aux alentours sont fabuleuses pour le cyclisme. Le Puerto de Tudons se trouve juste derrière Villajoyosa et c'est une magnifique montée de 1000 m à travers les pins. Les hôtes sont très serviables et répondent rapidement. Nous nous sommes sentis vraiment à l'aise et bien accueillis. The apartment is wonderful. The view out over the harbour is spectacular. The kitchen has everything, it was beautifully clean and organised. The bedroom area is really comfortable and the shower is superb. We loved staying here, having coffee on the balcony and enjoying the all day sunshine. It is a great base for exploring the lovely Costa Blanca. I took my bicycle and the roads around are fabulous for cycling. The Puerto de Tudons is just up the back from Vilajoyosa and is a glorious 1000m climb up through the pine trees. The hosts are so helpful and quick to reply. We felt really comfortable and welcome there.

Nous avons passé une semaine fabuleuse à Villajoyosa pour Noël. Endroit magnifique avec de nombreux restaurants de qualité, les prix étaient excellents et les gens très sympathiques (très espagnols). L'appartement dispose de tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin, avec de nombreux petits plus : couvertures, chaises et parasol de plage, ustensiles de cuisine, chariot de courses, je pourrais continuer encore longtemps. Vue : Exceptionnelle, et nous avons adoré regarder les bateaux de pêche entrer et sortir. Sans oublier la vue sur la plage et le bruit des vagues. L'appartement est orienté plein sud, donc vous profitez du lever et du coucher du soleil. La communication était irréprochable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci We spent a fabulous week in Villajoyosa for Christmas. Beautiful place with numerous quality restaurants, prices were great and people so friendly (very Spanish). The apartment has everything you can possibly need, so many extra touches; blankets/beach chairs & umbrella/kitchen utensils/shopping trolly , I could go on and on. View: Outstanding and we loved to watch the fishing boats come in and out. And not forgetting beach view and sound of waves. The apartment is South facing, so you get the sunrise and sunset. Communication was second to none. We would definitely return Thank you

Nous trouver

The immediate amenities are within walking distance. We recommend walking along the promenade, which is full off restaurants, cafés and entertainment. To explore the area or go out in the famous La Marina shopping centre in Finestrat, it is ideal to have a car. There is also a regional bus about 600 metres away. And then there is the famous tram, which goes all along the coast from Alicante to about Denia. The nearest station is Costera Pastor.
