The sandy beach is 100 meters in front of the house, we could see it directly from the window, which makes it very convenient to go to the beach, especially with small children. We also received beach equipment with the apartment (chairs, umbrellas, beach towels), which was very useful. Sea view, can walk downstairs and out to the beach and restaurants are very close. Nothing really if I had to say something it would only be the stairs up to the property 🤷🏻‍♀️ but that's just me being lazy.
