It is a great base for exploring the lovely Costa Blanca. I took my bicycle and the roads around are fabulous for cycling. The Puerto de Tudons is just up the back from Vilajoyosa and is a glorious 1000m climb up through the pine trees. The hosts are so helpful and quick to reply. We felt really comfortable and welcome there.
