It is distributed in a living-dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped open kitchen, including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen and the living-dining room have beautiful sea views. It has a 4K SmartTV and high-speed fibre-optic wifi at 600Mb/s, perfect for working. The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building accessible by stairs (no lift). It was completely renovated in 2022. It is possible to leave your car at the door for loading and unloading, and there is usually plenty of free parking in the area. As an alternative, you can use paid parking at the marina (Club Náutico). Babies and children are welcome. Please note that the apartment is not ideal for families, as it is on the second floor without an elevator and has limited space for items such as a stroller.

Villajoyosa (La Vila Joiosa "La Villa Alegre") or simply La Vila, is a quiet town known historically for its port and picturesque colourful houses. Bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, it enjoys sun, beaches and tranquillity all year round. Villajoyosa is also known for its chocolate production. The best chocolate in Spain is made here (Chocolates Valor, Clavileño, Pérez), which you can discover in the various chocolate factories and museum-factories in the town. The Moors and Christians festivities take place from 24 to 31 July and have been declared of International Tourist Interest. Located close to tourist areas of interest such as Benidorm, Altea, Alfaz del Pi, and amusement parks (Terra Mítica), water parks (Aqua Natura and Aqualandia) and animal parks (Terra Natura). The city is served by tram. With the tram you can go south to the centre of Alicante city and north to Denia, passing through the nearby towns of Benidorm, Alfaz del Pi, Altea and Calpe.

Very close to the apartment you will find the marina and the crystal clear waters of the coves of Varadero, Tío Roig and Cala de los Estudiantes, all of which are within walking distance.

Tolle Lage, ruhige Umgebung und postkartenwürdige Ausblicke aus den Wohnzimmerfenstern. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Hauptpromenade von Villajoyosa und ist dennoch nie laut. Man hört die ganze Zeit nur das Rauschen der Wellen. Mit einem Kleinkind war es fantastisch, den Strand nur einen Steinwurf entfernt zu haben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ein großartiger Ort, um nach unseren Strandabenteuern zurückzukehren. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und es war sehr praktisch, sie nutzen zu können, wenn wir zu müde waren, um auszugehen, oder wenn wir ein gemütliches Frühstück am Morgen genießen wollten. Aida war sehr freundlich, hat an uns gedacht und uns tolle Restaurants für unser Jubiläumsessen empfohlen. Die Kommunikation war schnell. Ich habe wirklich nichts zu beanstanden und werde gerne wiederkommen, wenn wir zurückkehren :) Great location, peaceful surroundings and postcard worthy views from the living room windows. The location is right by the main promenade in Villajoyosa and yet never noisy. You only hear the ocean waves all the time. With a toddler, it was amazing to have a stone’s throw away access to the beach. The apartment was very clean and great place to come back to after our beachy adventures. Kitchen was very well equipped and was very handy to have access to when we were too tired to go out or wanted to have slow morning breakfasts. Aida was very kind to keep us in her mind and recommend us great restaurants for our anniversary dinner. Communication was fast. I really have nothing to complain about and will gladly stay again when we come back :)

Die Eigentümer waren sehr gut darin, uns per Nachricht zu erklären, was wir bei Ankunft und Abreise tun sollten. Sie sagten auch, dass sie bei Problemen jederzeit erreichbar seien. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und hätten Interesse, bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Villajoyosa wieder hier zu wohnen. Es gab nichts Negatives an der Unterkunft 🤷🏻‍♀️ We have stayed in apartments in Villajoyosa several times over the years and this was definitely the best. The property is really lovely, it was clean, very well equipped and so close to the beach with a sea view. The owners were very good with messages to explain what to do on arrival and leaving. Saying they were available for any problems. We enjoyed the holiday and would be interested in staying again when in Villa Joyosa. There was nothing bad about the property 🤷🏻‍♀️

Eine wunderschöne Erfahrung an einem traumhaften Ort! Die Organisation von Carlos und seinen Mitarbeitern war tadellos, wir konnten sogar ein wenig früher einchecken als in den bereitgestellten Anweisungen angegeben. Das Klima ist fantastisch (wir waren Ende Dezember dort und es war sehr angenehm), die Umgebung ist wirklich wunderschön – absolut empfehlenswert! Una bellissima esperienza in un luogo stupendo! Organizzazione di Carlos e dei suoi collaboratori impeccabile, abbiamo potuto entrare anche un pò in anticipo rispetto all'orario del check-in previsto dalle istruzioni fornite. Il clima è favoloso (noi siamo stati a fine dicembre e si stava benissimo), i dintorni sono davvero meravigliosi, consigliatissimo!
