Enjoy a luxury experience in this accommodation on the beachfront, in front of the yacht club. It has a large terrace, ideal to enjoy the views of the sea and the port. Renovated in 2023, everything impeccable. The loft is on the fourth floor. The building has no lift. However, there is an entrance to the roof terrace, from the street behind the building. The apartment is distributed in a loft with open space bedroom, kitchen and living room, fully equipped. There is 1 separate bathroom. For everyone’s safety and comfort, we would like to point out that the apartment is not suitable for babies and children.

It is an ideal, centrally located area for walking and enjoying the Mediterranean gastronomy. On one side of the harbor there is the Playa Varadero bay, a pebble beach with crystal clear waters. On the other side of the harbor, you directly enter the elongated sandy beach on the main boulevard leading to the center. Everything within reach and within walking distance. By being so close to the marina and fishing port, you live more intensely by the sea. It is beautiful to see the fishing boats come in with a large number of seagulls chasing them. In addition, there is the tranquility of the sailboats that sail the sea and moor in the harbor.

Es war großartig. Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung für 2 Personen. Super Vermieter, tolle Kommunikation, alle Annehmlichkeiten in der Wohnung. Sogar Liegestühle und Strandtücher sind vorhanden. Wir empfehlen das Restaurant unten, Le Cena by Nola 👌👌👌 Było świetnie. Bardzo fajny apartamencik dla 2 osób. Super właściciele, świetna komunikacja, wszelkie udogodninienia w mieszkaniu. Nawet leżaki i ręczniki plażowe. Polecamy restauracje na dole Le Cena by Nola 👌👌👌

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar. Der Blick über den Hafen ist spektakulär. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, sie war wunderschön sauber und ordentlich. Der Schlafbereich ist sehr komfortabel und die Dusche ist hervorragend. Wir haben es geliebt, hier zu wohnen, morgens Kaffee auf dem Balkon zu trinken und den ganzen Tag die Sonne zu genießen. Es ist ein großartiger Ausgangspunkt, um die schöne Costa Blanca zu erkunden. Ich hatte mein Fahrrad dabei und die Straßen in der Umgebung sind fantastisch zum Radfahren. Der Puerto de Tudons liegt direkt hinter Vilajoyosa und ist ein herrlicher 1000-Meter-Anstieg durch die Pinienwälder. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und antworten schnell. Wir haben uns dort wirklich wohl und willkommen gefühlt. The apartment is wonderful. The view out over the harbour is spectacular. The kitchen has everything, it was beautifully clean and organised. The bedroom area is really comfortable and the shower is superb. We loved staying here, having coffee on the balcony and enjoying the all day sunshine. It is a great base for exploring the lovely Costa Blanca. I took my bicycle and the roads around are fabulous for cycling. The Puerto de Tudons is just up the back from Vilajoyosa and is a glorious 1000m climb up through the pine trees. The hosts are so helpful and quick to reply. We felt really comfortable and welcome there.

Wir haben eine fantastische Woche in Villajoyosa über Weihnachten verbracht. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann, mit vielen zusätzlichen Details: Decken, Strandstühle & Sonnenschirm, Küchenutensilien, Einkaufstrolley – ich könnte ewig so weitermachen. Aussicht: Hervorragend, und wir haben es geliebt, die Fischerboote beim Ein- und Ausfahren zu beobachten. Und nicht zu vergessen: der Strandblick und das Rauschen der Wellen. Die Wohnung ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, sodass man sowohl Sonnenaufgang als auch Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Die Kommunikation war erstklassig. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen. Vielen Dank We spent a fabulous week in Villajoyosa for Christmas. Beautiful place with numerous quality restaurants, prices were great and people so friendly (very Spanish). The apartment has everything you can possibly need, so many extra touches; blankets/beach chairs & umbrella/kitchen utensils/shopping trolly , I could go on and on. View: Outstanding and we loved to watch the fishing boats come in and out. And not forgetting beach view and sound of waves. The apartment is South facing, so you get the sunrise and sunset.
